Hi,

I would like to ask if any of the next 5000-10000 applicants already received AOR?

Don't think any of 5K-10K received AOR yet...

Without the file #, how do you check ECAS? Do you provide your birthday and country of your parents?

I am able to check via sponser client id and her/his birth date. parents are being sponsered first time, not visit before so we dont have client ID, but sponser client id works

Hi,

i have been a Canadian citizen for a few years and my parents came to visit me in 2014. How can i check the E-Case since i don't know any of the required IDs such as client ID, representative ID, PR card. Can someone let me know how to check the application status for someone like me?

my application was delivered on Jan 5th at 8:52am (so it wont make the first 5000 applications) and i have not received the returned application yet, but no other information has been received either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you not fill the client ID field in the application?
If you do not know that, then you would have to wait for the file number to be sent. If you have any of the documentation from your citizenship application, you should have your client ID there.

no, i did not fill out the client ID. it's been a long time since i received my citizenship. i have the citizenship card that was issued to me years ago. what documentation are you referring to?

has anyone received their returned applications lately? what does it mean if they have not been returned yet......

Client ID would be there in temporary visa page in your passport, before you became PR or Citizen...its a 8 digit number...you can check with your client id and your parents info will show up...provided your application was shortlisted...please refer to previous pages of this blog...all information related to this is there...including the link where you can check.

Check the visa sticker of your parents to see if you can find a 8 digit numeric number. It could be either on your father's visa or your mother's visa or could be on both.

I used my fathers UCI on his visa to login, it says "application received". Does it mean we made it within the 10,000 applications?
Thank you for all your replies. It really helps a lot.
