I see many angry voices throwing tantrums at Purolator here to a point where it is beginning to sound absurd.
Here are some facts -
1) The process is not over yet so maybe you are jumping the gun by arriving at conclusions which may be invalid.
2) Did Purolator force you to use their services ? You made a choice based on what you thought was best, it was a wrong choice too bad - but you made it don't forget that. If you still feel strongly go sue them.
3) What happened with Purolator this year can happen with any courier next year. Unless CIC removes the cap , there will be someone or the other who's app will be sent back. There are people here who have been trying for last 3 years.
Just have the patience for the process to complete its course before passing judgements.
