Parents who live in parts of Europe get free medical care and actually have their own pensions in their home country as well so they aren't coming here to push you down on the hospital waiting lists or live off your taxes.

The majority of the europe health care are two-tier system. Thus tends to rank higher in health care rankings than Canada, in other words, in order to get "free health care" you got to pay the fees. No fees, no service or long wait to see doctor or service.
The fact that there are no fees to pay to see doctor and free health care, regardless of employment makes it attractive compare to Europe.
Anyway enough about the political correctness of PGP, it's about PGP 2016 processing.
