Wow I didnt know Purolator delivered at 8:52.. I thought all of their apps were delivered at 9:43. Which service did u use of Purolator?

Oh, I see.

One way to ensure it will go through the first attempt is to make sure there's enough credit on the CC.

My application was received at 9.45 am on Jan 4th.

I dropped the package on 31st December in Vancouver for 9 am delivery. I am and others who have used purolator will be charged soon.

Mine was delivered around 9:45 am though

Local . That's what I think they might have used some local courier company for same day delivery.
