Thanks loveson. I apologize for not making this clear earlier, but my intention was to make a thread for those who applied for FSW Cat2 post 26th June 2010. As you are pre 26/06/10, I am sure you will find many threads on what the timelines are. Thanks and best of luck!

so i just checked my application status using my client id and it says Application Recieved. I guess it has been there from a couple of weeks now, anyways now i know my application was complete.

any updates??

No progress at all. It might take a while before we hear anything from Buffalo. Anyway wasn't this fast track supposed to mean that the whole process will complete in 8-12 months?

My e-cas says same "CIO ER complete".

Perhaps we should start an online spreadsheet to track everyone's progress just like on other threads. It would be great to be able to see how much time it takes for applicants in the same category (FSW2, applied from Canada to Buffalo).

trackitt.com has a spreadsheet and it is a great resource indeed. I don't see the point of starting another thread, however if you want to; then why not!

Interestingly, I received an email from CIO, saying that my application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing my application on the basis of arranged employment and that my application is being forwarded to London visa office for further processing.

I was wondering why they would send my application to London visa office when i specifically wrote buffalo as my preference on the visa form. I, by mistake, attached the checklist for London visa office for my visa office regarding documents instead of buffalo, but i believe that should not make any difference as the checklists were almost the same.

I have sent them an inquiry regarding this, however if anyone has any feedback of what is going on, it will be much appreciated.

Also, what happens next if my application is sent to London visa office irrespective. Like what are the next steps.
