Timelines for In Canada applicants for FSW Category 2 (VO Buffalo)-Post 26/6/10

I am new to this thread.. I also applied in FSW2 last year March.
since then its RBVO

Dont know why buffalo is so slow! Hoping to get some updates soon...

Looking at the tracking sheet seems buffalo has started with Oct 2010 applications.. so i think it will take another 6 months for my application to even become in-progress, very disappointing..

So I emailed cic buffalo asking them to expedite the application process. Got a reply that we are currently processing applications sent in 2010 and it will take a few more months for you to hear from us. They also said that my file has yet to be assessed by a visa officer and once that is done I will be sent a medical request.

I was wondering whether I should get my medicals done right now which might save me some time.. any thoughts?

I would suggest not to do the medicals now,they specificaly told it may take some months..until then hold...
It looks it may take some more months(atleast 3 month)for 2011 applicants.

I've the same timeline as many of the members in this post, I haven't get any response from Buffalo after RCMP request in june-2011

Please keep us posted with your updated status and communications with Buffalo.

Hoping for any good news in July-2012.

I hope soon we start seeing more updates here. According to processing times in CPP Ottawa it's 15 months. Hopefully we will start getting MRs soon.
