Timeline question for Vancouver/Surrey 2013/14 Oath

Hello - I may be getting ahead of myself, but I was wondering about recent timelines for taking the oath.

I'm taking the citizenship test on Jan 25 and wanted to know about how long after that they call you for taking the oath? I have a vacation planned for mid March and just nervous of bring called during that time?

Any recent applicants have a timeline.... my application seems to be out of the norm so I'm not sure what to expect now that things seem to moving faster. Otherwise I'd just assume another year or two

I got my letter for oath to citizenship in less than 2 months. I took the test in Dec and took oath in January. Very quick if everything else is in order. A friend of mine was out of country when he received the oath letter and so is waiting to hear back on reschedule. If you can avoid your vacation, I would suggest putting it off till you become a citizen.

I am from Vancouver and originally applied in Aug 2012.

i don't have driver license to show at the time of test, is health card and PR card along with my passport sufficient , thanks

I tried to start such a thread but no one commented on it. So I am happy to have this one starting!

I applied in Oct 2013.
Started processing in Jan 2014.

One forum' member said that he applied in August 2013, and that he is having his test in January 2014! I messaged him to get more details but he never answered.

By the way, Richmond aplications go to Surrey?

did you have RQ?
I took test on Jan 21, 2014.
I got RQ as well before test
