We did but only a PC from our home country but this is the first time they requested pc from where my husband worked for more than 6 months as seafarer. The request is not for me but for my husband.

When did you submit yours? What was your most recent progress or update with IRCC?

December 2020 , outside Canada, last update was 21st june 2023.. Submission of non avaiBirth certificate

No idea. They never replied to questions asked in webform.. Only answer u get is.. Lots of backlog.. We are working towards it.

Try giving them a call, and be specific when you ask a question. Your BC has three stages. Once all three has been completed. They will start working on your EL. They should be able to provide some data on that.

I received a PFL last month. Long story short - was able to comply in a week's time, and it's been a month since I submitted the documents.
