Why is visa taking so long yaar....Embassy cant keep the passport for so long na. Dats frustrating

CHC can keep our passport as long they want...

We can't do anything? We r in the receiving end, remember?

In between if we desire we can always ask them to send the pps back -- but, it'd be returned unstamped, usually... asking us to resubmit them later @ your convenience.

I have heard of cases where the stamped passport was returned in 20-25 days............................

hello Tim50 apna same time hai passport send waiting for visa over 9 month after sending passport.

As per CHC website the processing time is 7 months. you have to contact CHC regarding ur application. Its also mention on website that if processing time is over then people can contact CHC and they have to answer....

Any of u contact CHC??

Plz can let me know which stream you both applied?
