Guys I am able to get a settle ment plan from my friend. According to new system 60 points are needed, but I am able to get 73 easily even if i got 6 each (CLB 7), So all looking good, but my question is, can i fill my application instead of a consultant.....coz they r asking for big money for just filling and sending forms....one more question should i apply online or my mail...plzzzzzz help guyssssss...

U should fill up the forms urself, there is no need to pay so much amount to agents...
And apply online for faster processing.

That is my worry... thats y i am chasing on emails... but they never respond yet. There is one case where oversea applicant passport was stucked 8 months in this office and still there was no response from their side... so i am in big worry at this moment...

hope they will send at earliest as new application session is also going to start this week...

M worried too ... I had sent them 2 emails to send me acknowledgment but they didnt sent me any ....
God knows how much time they will take now .. Its already been 6 weeks now ....

passports are back without stamps...claiming to have new passport for my kid as her photo is change from baby face to good looking gal...lolzzz...

Question - as they had clearly mention to submit passports again. is there any requirement to fill all forms again for her and submit again... what should be the risk with this new passport things???

Thats not a good move by NDVO . I dont know whats wrong with these guys ..

Well apply for your daughters passport under tatkaal seva asap .
And I dont think u need to fill those forms again becoz they already have those details and they just need the updated passports for identity concern ..
They acted quick in ur case but not in a positive way ..

Could u please tell what is the age of ur daughter and what is the date of issue of this old passport for her....

Age of daughter is 3.5 years. Actually there is one rule that passport should not be older more than 3 years in kids case... as thier face changes...

no regrets to their decision... hope they will act soon on visa stamping onwards...

Thank for this information.......in my son case he's also 3.5 year old but date of issue is Mar/2011. So it ok up to Mar 2014

My boss doesn't speak English and company is located in residential area, it's in house. and company is small, not that big.

I am a marketing manager. So, I mostly go out for marketing in one city to other city.

What should one do in this case? How will they approach it?

My Experience is perfectly genuine. I had past experience in MNCs. But I selected this company due to better opportunity in salary and position wise.

Is that fine if they come for checking and I am not available there?

I don't want to tell my current company about my application to Canada. What's the option?
