I hope and pray and for every ones fastest, smooth and sucsessfull processing.
Can u guys guide me that how long CIO takes to send AOR after they recevied it.
Mine was recevied there on 24 april under catagory, Provincial Nominee SINP.

I believe yourself got CIO AoR in mid Nov.

Please let me know when you sent your RPRF fees , did you mention on back of the bank draft your file no etc...

Gurudev has CHC colombo asked you for a receipt of RPRF payment. what did you send them?

I am new member to the forum and found your query very relevant to me. I am exactly in the same position. I have been asked to submit RPRF fee in Delhi office and send Receipt to Colombo office. Any guidance from you will really help me too. Requesting Gurudev to kindly provide his inputs to us.

I am an MPNP strategic initiative candidate and my timeline is below.

Application to MPNP: 06 Jan 2012
Acknowledgement from MPNP: 13 Jan
Invited for Strategic Visit: 11 Apr
Interview & Invite: 14 Jun
Online Application to MPNP: 19 Jun
LOA: 14 Nov
Apply to CIO: 24 Nov
Rcvd at CIO Office: 29 Nov
Credit Card Charge:8 Jan 2013
AOR & UCI: 21 Jan
Second AOR from Colombo: 15 Apr
MR and RPRF from Colombo: 29 Apr

I have received similar email, my representative says online payment not be done , to send payment to NDVO . So i have decided to send banker's Draft and send copy of the draft to CHC colombo as proof of payment. Since i do not have receipt.

There is no way we can get receipt since the payment instruction has been given by CHC colombo in the email. In short there is no instruction from NDVO to pay RPRF prior to this email.

Thanks for your reply. I have also written to Colombo and Delhi office for clarification. Let's wait for replies of people who have already paid and see how they have handled this situation.

When the ecas goes update? is it evey tuesday night or monday night...???


did n e one get passports stamped before the DM..? i am eagerly waiting for PP as i had send in early april after getting their 2nd PPR (request by me to give another PP request after all verifications)...

i hope they will do it fast in my case...

In my case I didnt write any application number or any other reference number on demand draft . I have mentioned the DD no. in cover letter which i had send along with DD and PP's .. But I dont think there is any harm in writing reference on back of DD . So its upto you guys .. Whereas payment reciept is concerned I never received one from NDVO .

Could you please tell that the email address which you have used to communicate with NDVO . Is it that case specific form or delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca . Becoz in last 5-6 months I have sent 3 emails to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca but I never got any reply from them . So should I use the case specific form to communicate with them .
Reply will be highly appreciated .

I had done my medical on MARCH 12 TH 2013 but still there is no update on ECAS for medical recieved .. I think you will get your passports before decision made .. I am also waiting for my passports which I had sent to NDVO on march 16th ..

yes it is same emai id whch you mentnioned... true they are very slow in response but they repsond whereevert they feel to reply else forget it... hope we receive PP before DM... MR line goes update after a month and if it notn update then dont worry... people directly got DM without that line... best of luck
