no hope till date , any one who got there visa under ainp from delhi high commission plz erply i am waiting for dm last seven month.

hii my file is going to delhi after ainp..if they ask for my passport i have to go to india or not?and if my work permit expires before till they make a decision then how i renew my visa,,,

you have below 2 options...1) send passports to delhi / give India address where delhi will send your passports back. (note that delhi or any courior will not send your passports back to canada). and provided you have atleast 6 months WP expiry.

2) plan to return india- and send passports. relax and wait for visa.

number two is better option.
do you have job? which categoty?

also you can do your medical in canada also.

I just got the medicals done yesterday , and today have disptached Passport to CHC Delhi along with Landing fee
