Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

i am on student visa in U.S

hi,

i applied in manitoba under family support stream and i am right now in U.S.A on student visa .i got my approval letter on my u.s. address but i am confused b'coz in that letter they gave me NEW DELHI CHC consulate to submit my application but i am in U.S so i have to go india for medical and visa process give me some advise if i can do from U.S b'coz i am on OPT right now...if i go to india then might be i can't re enter in U.S under F-1 status law.

plz give me some advise what can i do

Congrats on your LOA.

You can always request CHC ND delhi to transfer your case to somewhere in the US.
Send them a case specific inquiry.

You are allowed to go back on OPT, like with a F1 visa you got your document that came along the visa (Forgot the name of the document) signed by your school. While on OPT if you want to travel overseas, go to your school and ask them to sign that document, as u are still considered in school while on OPT , so basically u are still on F1 status.So u have your Visa, Opt card and signed document to re enter us.
I did that my self.

I am waiting for my AOR and medical request. IT may be sure to my Canada Address. It mamy be postal delay time from CHC ND to Canada. I sent on 31sy July. they recd on 2nd aug.

You should get it any day now.

Prixit: Buddy roz roz wait karna band karr. I have talked to other people who where on pnp from delhi and no one got the visa quicker than 80 days from medical submission. As u and I sent in the mediclas a day apart I suggest wait till mid September, us se pehle nahi aanewala.

dear mc ,tim how r u , isend my paper on 20th ,now how much i wait for aor and medical request , i send my paper agian , on the first time my paper retuned to me due tio incomplit so ,tell me , bye raab rakha , raab sareya de visa lvave te tuhada cruuent states ke hai wating or visa issue

paaji, 15 days from when you submit your papers you get medical request. Plus minus 2-3 days for postage.

Hi guys, i will register for IELTS exam, within 2 days, i am gonna take it on 25 Sept, i hav confusion among IDP and British Council, I have heard that IDP's writing and speaking marking give more bands as compare to Btitish. i mean IDP test gives you better results, i mean it is easier. IS THIS TRUE?? Many of you guyz have already taken the test, please suggest me your option. Thanksssssssssss in advance.

also another question, if i am already on work permit in bc, and i apply for pnp process, is my application sent to indian embassy or is it processed within canada. does anybody has any idea on this

hey one more question, i guess you can really tell i am a newbie here, do i have to include police clearance certificate at the same time i submit my application to permanent residency, or would they ask me at a later date to provide the same. i am asking this because i see the fbi processing is upto 12 weeks.

if one of you guys who have already applied, can let me know for my above 3 questions
