yeah hope so ...... otherwise I might have to ask them to send back the passports if they are not ready to stamp them yet .... have overseas travel coming up in December ... just so confused ... don't know what to do !!

Better to inquire so they can understand ur problem. Just drop a email so they can prioritise ur case.

its taking forever, mine is in process from 3rd July, more than 4.5 months now

4-5 months nothing for them. I am in Canada now for the last five years but when I sent my PP it took 9 months for them to put sticker. I sent my pp in March 2005 and got it back in January 2006 under skilled

Better u write a email stating ur concerns and also Cc to CIC office in Sydney... Saying that ur company has delayed some plans because of padsport being with embassy since June'12. There is no movement happening so let u know the status on file.

Another Tuesday gone, and yet same ECAS statuses. No change at all.
This dragged delay seems to concern now. Do wish that they do processing in this year atleast. We were hoping for a Diwali gift with maple sticker. Now that Diwali is gone, PRAY to receive a Santa gift now

IMHO, i wont send CIC email that xyz travel plans are on hold. What happens if they choose to return the passports without taking any action... on the pretext that you wanted passports to complete some travel plans!! Still its your choice, whether you wanna take a risk.
Am sure, Mrs Chadha might have already sent across reminder emails in the past as well; and CHC Delhi says - "we wont reply to any email unless 6 months have passed on your file with us". Cant do much, than being left at their timeline.

We did MPNP through Exploratory Visit Strategic Stream. Had our EV interview in Winnipeg in Feb mid.
What sort of "verification" you mean above?

i applied under general stream,so thats why i was asking for employment verification.

Yeah. Immigration officers r already too busy to reply on each mail.
