Hey Sid,

No idea whats going on....but i do have an update. i received a call from NDVO on monday. Visa Officer asked me if i will be issued visas whether i will land in canada before my medical expires ( will expire in Nov 2012). i said yes of course i will catch the next possible flight.
thats it.

now i think its a positive sign for getting PP's back. But only believe when i will have pp's in my hand. lets see .....


in ur case u might have another line in ur ecas about medicals. May be they hvnt still updated...

your medical must be expired, did you get any call or reminder from VO..? Actually m living here in Winnipeg and curious to get my bro here..

The number i received call from is 91-11-41782000 well according to me it was a funny question they asked me whether i will land
there before nov 2012 (which is still like 6 months) but may be they have such policies to make sure the applicant doesnt wanna stay more than 6 months after visa is issued. Dont know whats going on......

Hey buddy,

Congrats n hv fun. Well as per my knowledge, u can move any time u want. But it will affect ur nominee's nomination power. he will not be allowed to sponsor any1 else. I think after 2 years u can move from Winnipeg if u want.

But i don't think winnipeg is bad in any terms. Infact i would like to stay in Winnipeg as its not as crowded as Toronto or Vancouver moreover i have most of my relatives r in there. But still its ur choice.

Also would u plz share ur landing experience.

Only if u r immigrating under business category my friend (as per my knowledge). Otherwise u just need 1 cheque of 10k that will be more than suffice.

hi sunshine.. its really weird that ur passport has been held for such a long time ? Dint you make any enquiries about your file? What is the status showing on ecas ?? also.. have u travelled outside India ?? did they say why they are taking so long to process your file?? cheers

yes i sent them emails never get right answer from CHC ND..yes i travelllllled outside india...so really don't know why they taking so long
