Some progress finally.
This tuesday my eCase changed to 'Decision Made' finally. With 2nd line says, office will contact you abt decesion. But there is no entry of medical received etc. Hope to receive passports soon. "Finger crossed". will keep posted in the forum. Thank all.

Re: MPNP_AUG 2011

It seems nobody yet who applied in August 2011 and onwards under the MPNP general stream category received their LOA. I also applied last September under the general stream and still waiting for sponsors' interview. Hope to hear some good news soon.

My Timeline is:-

Stream - General
Visa office - New Delhi
Applied for MPNP - August 01,2011
A.O.R. Received - November 01,2011

Waiting for LOA.....

Can anybody please tell me when will I get LOA?

Huuu if re-medical done n re submit the passport then it should take 1-2 month to change in e-status to "decision mande"

same status...! not change..!

status is not changed i do not know how long it will be like that I am loosing my patience .
strange thing has happened that they have given my new file no. pls see mail rececd. on 13 jan 2012

1st time medical was done April 2010 then 2nd time November 2011.
after re-medical passport submitted 15th Nov 2011

when i did not receive anything i sent email on 22nd Nov 2011 asking them to confirm, if they have received my passport ? Reply came after 22 days on 13th Jan 2012 in this mail they mention another file no. (see email quote below) Also in E-Cas they are showing two line as mentioned below:

Applicant Permanent Residence Application Status
XXXX Application Received (i submitted passport only not application application was in march 2010
xxxxx In Process (this is where application was submitted)

for first one "Application received" it shows : We received your application for permanent residence on
December 22, 2011.
for the second line "In process" it shows : We started processing your application on March 16, 2010.

1st file no was alloted in march 2010 when application was made. Now when i wanted to confirm about the receipt of passport, by email and online inquiry form, they are replying after almost a month. And a new file no mentioned in replied email. If I check status both file no giving same status as i mentioned above

THEY MENTION THIS IN EMAIL

QUOTE

P.S. Your new file number has been mentioned in the subject line for future correspondence.

UNQUOTE

AND THAT FILE NO IS NEW ONE IT IS NOT THE SAME GIVEN EARLIER, PLEASE NOTE BOTH FILE NO IS GIVING SAME STATUS.

I request all experienced guy to read my timeline in the previous post and give your opinion and guide me.
