I was nominated after I furnished security deposit, in the Monitoba business nominee programe. my time line is like this.
october 2009 : nomination letter received.
1st march 2010 : applied to CHC ND. with application fee.
10th march 2010 : medical request received.
april 2010 : medical done and passport submitted along with right of PR fee.
Sept. 2010 : requested passport return for (depended child who is studying abroad) for visa renewal.
CHC returned with instruction to re-submit with additional document.
February 2011 : passport resubmitted with additional document wanted by CHC.
april 2011 : one year period of medical validity expired. told to go for re-medical over the phone 2 to 3 times. But re-medical paper received only in November 2011.
November 2011 : re-medical done.
15th Nov. 2011 : passport re-submitted as per the CHC instruction.

nline update of application received, where as I re-submitted the passport only. not
application, application was submitted in march 2010.
13th DEC 2011 :email reply received confirming receipt of passports and and new file no mentioned in the email which was quite surprising to me. Why file no is changed ? On line status
shows same result with both the file no. New file no.which they have mentioned in the
email i received and the old file no alloted with application submitted on march 2010.
please! some body tell me what is all happening, they are sitting on security deposite and delaying like this, worst thing is you can not communicate with them all you do is horrible wait.....
