They come to the office not all time but in few cases if they feel something wrong or so i was also inform here last time in late november that in person verification is done by CHC New Delhi this days so be carefully and always focus on the verification part as well till the date you have not received your visa on hand because its really a crusial part of stage where we can have trouble.... better to be update with the following things upto date

Attendance Master
Offer Letter
Appointment Letter
Latest Salary Slip
Aslo all people working there in the office know you better because they usually verifying through ur photo as they come with your photographs and ask to all people that he or she know so and so person and than also show them this picture that who is he or she and the actualy caught it tht its true or false so be ensure
