I got email and phone call for re-medical. They are sending my passport for re-medical (expired in Sep 2010). Anyone knows how much they will take after re-medical?

I guess they ask for remedical because it has been long time you have done your medical first time, almost 1 year back.

Now, They want to check it again.

I do not know why it took long. But there r others here, who got remedical request.

don't worry. This is just the procedure they also have to follow. Once they will receive your medical, you should get visa within 1 month.

i have some questions about filling forms hope all u guys help me

1. should i need a seprarte sheet to show my travel history including entry exit dates?
last year in july 2010 i visit U.K for 2 months.
IT DEPENDS ON THE VISA OFFICE IN WHICH YOU ARE APPLYING, FOR NEW DELHI IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THEIR CHECKLIST FOR PNP-APLICATION PROCESS, THAT YOU CAN ATTACH AN EXTRA SHEET PROVIDING THE LIST OF TRAVEL HISTORY, IN MY CASE I JUST ATTACHED A SHEET SHOWING THE TRAVEL HISTORY IN THE FORM OF A TABLE AS FOLLOWS:

TRAVEL DATE FROM TO REASON ADDITIONAL COMMENT
(City/ Country) (City/ Country)

You can take it as an example and modify it further.

Here I am waiting and close to my visa issuance and other one is manpreet singh we both are close to visa issuance....

Is there anybody else who had done medical and status showing medical has been received and waiting for their visa stamp???

Me with manpreet and now pari7 is also in line waiting for visa stamping and dont worry we all receive this same latest by this month end or first or second week of december at any cost

Things going good so far for me, got medical req within 3 weeks and i guess i am in canada right now thats why it took 3 weeks by post (Proble is that they send it by regular mail to Canada), if i could have been in India, i could have received it within few days and then got my Medical Done, its OK. I am still happy, lets hope best for rest of the procedure.

I think after this they are gonna ask for passport, as i am not in India, Bhutan or Nepal right now, so i am exempted from submitting my passport right away.
Best of luck for your case also, i think you are almost there, its just a matter for few days...............

Yes yes

Every wakeup with one hope tht i vl receive my passport today but at end sleep with another hope tht vl receive by tmrw mrng or noon time through courier for sure.... so its waiting time for me and enjoying this waiting time toooo

Hopefully I will receive it in shorter time and expecting last day for receiving passport back should be second week of december and i have also plan to fly within five days from the date of received magic sticker on passport

U too pls share how much time taken for issuance visa from VO New Delhi or any other VO takes after such status updated Medical has been received
