Once again thanks to all of u guys helping me in filling CIC forms.
Now i have some questions:-
1.- In my application we are 3 members. Me,wife and child aged 4yrs and 10months. I have to send all members RPRF or just mine as principal applicant.
2. I have to send police certificate as i visit UK and stay there for 2 months. in letter following line is mentioned---Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period
of 6 months or more for you and your dependents 18 years of age and over, if not
already submitted.
3. As my child is 4yrs and 10 months old. And his passport issue date is 07/10/2008 what i have to do for his passport as following mention in letter---Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your
accompanying family members once the medical examinations are done. The picture
in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3
years. --- i have to change photo on his passport?
4.suggest me any doctor in punjab in ludhiana or chandigarh.

as far as your above mentioned questions which answer are as follow which might be help you
You please take appointment first with your nearest panel doctor and go for medical of yours entire family, you nd spouse nd child
once finish the medical you please send this medical receipt which you will get it from hospital along with your entire families passport, you nd spouse nd child along with RPRF Fees and Application Fees of your entire family.
Once you submit your RPRF fees along with your medical and passport which helps you to save your time near about one months and you might be getting your visa earliest.
Once they received your medical than concern department will review the same and if they required further medical test than they will inform you in writen or else they will clear it and start processing further... once you update in your status "Medical Results have been received" 3rd line in ur ecas status means your medical is clear and they dont need further medical test from your end
Also you dont need to change your child photo in passport as its not mandatory to change so do keep the same with you as its valid til expiry date so dont worry
