Hello everyone i want a help from u friends i have received my medical request on 16 aug stating with rprf fee and passport request the medical request they have send is the only single paper they have not send me the section A form with photograph attached on letter it is also mentioned that they provideing me the instruction and forms to go under medical exmaination.but i have received a single letter
so i am unable to go under medical examination i have mailed to chc new delhi but till now i have no answer from their side what do please guide me

You can also contact them by phone calls or sending them reminder by sending mail to chc new delhi on priority base as this medical had to be done within 120 days from the date of issuance of the medical letter so do take it needfuly and contact to the CHC New Delhi on priority base.

Any one pleaase let me inform about the process if there is remedical letter issuance from the CHC New Delhi as CHC New Delhi has issued me Re Medical Letter on 7th of August, 2011 and I vl go under Medical Sputum Test for Consicutive 3 days 27th, 28th & 29th August, 2011 respectively. and than i have to go for X Ray Reports on 4th October, 2011

Please let me inform about this case and further action which may taken from CHC New Delhi.

I am expected revert from my friends whcih make me relax now days.

Contact them as soon as possible because you have to get done your medical in 45 days from the date of issuance.So hurry
