I am not sure abt this friend . But let me tell u one thing , one of my friend who got his PR in 2009 and my brother in law who got his PR in early 2012 both of them got their passports back with magic sticker within 3-4 months from the AOR from New Delhi .. In our case its already delayed ..
Lets hope for the best and keep our finger crossed . Best Of Luck

2 1/2 months frm ndvo meaning I should be getting it by march end.

Atleast ths gives the rest some thing to look fwd to.

Pls let us knw whn u get the medicals. BTW are u from mumbai ?

Today I have recieved AOR from NDVO dated 14 Feb .. Big relief for me .. Now I have to wait for medicals ... It took 2 and half months for the second AOR

i hav heard its 3 weeks after ecas goes to application in process for MR/PPR
hope u get that by latest by first week of april
u can get ur passport back with PR sticker by end of June
