are you serious that you are waiting for DM/PPR from last 15 months....your Medical may have been expired, may be due to this, they are taking too much time...
but 15 months is a long time for DM......it's unbelievable.....shocking...

Sharing my timeline

BC PNP Applicant (Outland - New Delhi, India)

2016-02-24: Application Received by D. Lewis (CIC PNP Central Intake Office - Sydney NS)
2016-04-12: UCI/AOR Received from CIO
2016-04-15: ECAS active and was able to track my application status.
2016-05-27: 2nd AOR email received from New Delhi Visa Office. Finally the file is transferred to NDVO.

Waiting for MR now.

Yes after medicals fourth line is added as medical received. It will get 10-12 days to get updated on ecas

I got refusal today. My MPNP selection factor is :

Age : 10 Points
Education : 20 points
Work exp. : 16 points
Language : 6
Adaptability : 5

Total = 57 out of 55

Reasion is based on you ielts result and specifically your reading score.

My IELTS score is (L=5.5, R=3.5, W=5.0, S=5.5) Overall =5.0. and it is complies within CLB4 criteria.




My application is paper application and applied in Nov 2012. after 3 years they given this type of decision.

Is any have idea about request to mpnp. If yes, so please guide me.
