I have one questing with senior friend here. Please help me instead ignore this post. I have received file transfer confiration email from Delhi visa office and it is looks like as follow. I need to confirm that they are not mentioned their visa office address in the letter? If they are not mentioned visa office address in file transfer letter does it mean that they will transfer my file from delhi to colombo. Please friend check with your received file transfer email and let me know ur experience. It will really help me alot. Thanks

you can just courier them the photocopies and that's enough .....u must have deposited rprf online?? Don't forget to fill your details in receipt of rprf. ..and hospitals send your medical results to cic directly. i am telling you to send photocopies Just for confirmation

Hello Guys,

My Timeline as under

AOR Received:July'2014
File received by NDVO :15th October'14
transferred to Colombo: 13th November'14
Medical Requested: 10th Feb'15
Medical done : 26th feb'15
ECAS Updated to medical have been received on 5th March & Application Received only in front.

But somehow on 7th May'2015,ECAS got changed to In process...and now it showing as We are processing your file from 7th May 2015.

So guys can you please advice me...bcz generally in process ECAS only comes before medical....but in my case it came after my medicals done way before 2 months

So will they process my application all again!!!

I have one question. Is there visa office mentioned in first file transfer email received from new delhi? Is there visa office address mentioned in file transfer email received from colombo visa office? Please check ur file transfer AoR and let me know is there visa office address mentioned at the bottom of the letter as I have received yesterday from delhi and has not mentioned visa office address just provide general letter confirming about file transfer to delhi visa office and dont contact untll six month from now.

my medical was done on 22/04/15.. Delhi VO asked for RPRF too.. i send D.D to them on 28/04/15, the courier was delivered to them on 1/05/15.

Can anyone tell me.. whats the time frame now to get Passport Request..???

When will Visa be issued ..??

no one knows the exact time frame but they usually take 3 months ... in some cases it extends upto 8 months or more ....

Hello Seniors,

I need advise and suggestions from you since I have received my AOR on April 8, 2015 which is almost 35 days and yet not received file transfer email from New Delhi visa office or Colombo visa office. I need to know where I can contact to confirm about my processing visa office and how long usually takes to send file transfer email because people who got AOR with me got their file transfer email as well as medical request and I am yet to waiting for the same. Request you to please update me with ur valuable advise.

One of our group member today got the PPR after one month of medical done. Medical done on April 22 and RPRF paid on April 29. From New Delhi visa office PPR request. Great Congrats Gagan
