I landed in Canada last week. Immigration was quite fast. They have asked for Canadian address to send my PR card. All the best for all in this forum.

With God grace ,I had reached canada on may 12th.I was buzy with setup all the necessary things.Hope all are fine.Sorry for the delay.everything is fine from my end, Got driving learners certificate and started searching for new job.If any one is already in canada please be in touch.

I have been reading your views and comments since long.

I have applied in PNP family class sponsor in August 2012.

My file got transferred to NDVO and from there it again transferred to Colombo dated February 25, 2014

Further I got Medical requests, and get it done on April 12, 2014 & Along with RPRF fees (paid online on April 22, 2014)
also got additional document request which was sent on April 22, 2014.

Waiting for PPR since then when shall I expect it.

ECAS has just two lines.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 2, 2013.

2.Medical results have been received.

Any body in the same time line or near by.

Guys your views would be a great help to me and will be highly appreciable.

when your status goes in process maybe you receive your PPR wait and check your status in process

I have been checking my ECAS more than 10 times a day, wait is making me sick day by day.

I have just 2 line which I mentioned earlier.

Congrats krishna, vgul..so you all finally reached your destination..
Friends, I`m still stuck up, after my medicals and rprf done in feb`14.I was so happy and expecting my ppr. but I never knew I still had a long wait ahead..I dont understand why Colombo office people r taking so long.One thing is clear that people like me who have a long travel history have to suffer this wait, submitting pccs of all the countries and again waiting for second round of background checks I suppose. This wait is getting on my nerves now..why dont visa officers understand that when my file shows international work experience of the noc i have applied in, it should turn in my favour, rather than taking so long even after providing pcc`s..I never expected cvo can also hold files so long..in fact these days ndvo is faster..only GOD can help me now..
