expect pp back in 3-4 weeks , if you are lucky in 15 days. When was your Meds received posted in ecas?

Hi All
Can mpnp applicants stay in Toronto for a week bfr moving ahead to Winnipeg. Or we have to fly to Manitoba same day as we reach Toronto.

Yes you can based on others have posted.. my advice would be to make sure you have ongoing tickets(plane, bus, train ) booked prior to your landing and does not matter if you postpone your trip for 1 week or 1 month... when immigration officer ask tell him/her you will move there in a week and staying n toronto for xyz reason.. Just be convincing that you are not immigrating on a wrong province to the officer as that province did not sponsor you . I also hear they don't want you to register sin,bank account , health care as then it makes feel you are planning to settle in wrong province even during the 1 week period . Your personal insurance should cover you till you register on your province for health care and get it .. if you are going to take care of all small things and be prepared then no federal officer will chase you for false declaration

If you are a FSW that does not matter too except for quebec and heard in copr they clearly mention it.

True only after you get PR in hand not before (while landing) and rem you have given your intention to stay in the pnp forms.

If you land and settle in wrong province , i heard federal officers are chasing for wrong declaration and could revoke your PR if you could not convince your intention of residing on the province and applying PR..

Even if you have PR without CSQ you wont get much govt services in Quebec , ofcourse you are free to move and live anywhere in canada with PR.

Medicals received posted for me on 01 Apr, its been a month now and hoping they will request PPR soon.
