yes you have to send pcc of all family members as you sent after approval
these days vfs chandigarh and jalandhar are sending files to visa office chandigarh. ..today I visited vfs chandigarh and they told me now the embassies are globalised and any visa can be issued at visa office near to you....

Hi Guys,
Sorry I was away from forumn for quite some time due very hectic schedule, I have sent my passport on Monday through VFS, not sure how long it will take to get passport back.

Its better to use the VFS as it is most secured method.
