File num received dated : july 31 2013

And nothing till now. No sponsor interview. Nothing
Hopeless now. While some people that I know filed in
August sepetember have already got approvals. Any clue guys ?

Well MR received will show in 7 days and PPR request from CVO in 20-25 days. Sometime sooner before 20 days.
