is there anything that i should be worried about ???

They have asked for all the original documents from my birth certificate marriage certificate, bank balance etc ....and etc and also added note saying

NOTE: If you fail to attend this interview your application will be assessed based on the information contained in your application form and the supporting documentation you have provided. Since an interview was scheduled to address concerns with the information in your file, this will likely lead to the refusal of your application. No additional interview will be scheduled.

and the note sounds so negative what would be the reason that they may deny my application ??I am so so so worried

also when do they intend to ask for my medical and passport when i would be travelling from nepal and my husband travelling from australia? also even if they ask for my passport how so we get back or should we wait? and what about medicals when will they ask for medicals? how does this work when you are not living in India? pls help

They received very next day .
