This is what I see on ecas
I m still waiting for medical ... What should I expect from vo?...I m really confuse bcoz I didn't get any medical request and they shows my online status decision made

Have you applied for work permit, or any Canada visa, better write a email to VO, normally decision made without MR is very strange.
