Plz help me frnds big trouble .i send case specific enquiry to new delhi visa office.today i got reply my file processed in london visa office .but i fill my visa office new delhi.m in london at the movement.few months visa left .what i can do now .plz reply.suggestions really appreciated.if i come back india permanently is my file being processed by london

Hi Pari,

You need to inform/revert on the mail you got from them that I had upadted my VISA office as New Delhi as I am citizen of India and is statying in UK on xxxxxx VISA(I don't know your visa status in UK)..Now as my visa is getting expired in next 4 months and i am planning to come back to INDIA permanenty, I request you to transfer my file to New delhi Office as I noticed on CIC website that processing timelinees in London office is nearly 24--28 months and by the time i hear from Uk office, I will not be in that country and will not be in a position to respond... As my plan to move to INDIA is firmed and I do wish to settle and live in Canada as per my application....Pls move my application to my home country.

Please note transferring file at a later stage to new location/country can result you to be in a new queue and all your waiting time can lapse....You need to be very quick is addressing/updating visa office by email on your next permanent plan and also do share your updated permananet address of INDIA......

best of luck...

Roxxane

Dear friend - You need not submit anything for Medicals actually. Its all online and your hospital will upload the results and CHC will receive them, even if you dont send anything. Just complete the Medicals and wait for PCC. No need to send anything.

When is the date they have given you to submit all the docs and PP?? If the PCC will come after that date, then I strongly suggest you to send all the docs, PP, DD with a covering letter explaining them why you are unable to send the PCC now.. Its mandatory that all items reach them before deadline....

Btw, which city you are from in India?? I kind of assumed that your hospital is e-enabled.... not sure how they send if hospital is not e-enabled...

Hey
It is necessary to get PCC from regional office. In my city i got it in that way. They will check in whole district like i am in anand so they will check detail in whole district of anand. In same they will check in your case. As per my knowledge this is the process as i have asked to DSP for taking 15 days for PCC so he explained me very well.

Hope this clears to you.

Regards

Hi - PCC has to be issued by the Regional Passport Office or SP (Police). PLease read this -
