M expecting MR this month.

yes many June 2013 2nd AOR holders are still awaiting MR how much time it may take more to get the MR any one guess?

I am surprised that in the spreadsheet all the Yellow lines are from CVO. Only one from NDVO?? How come none of NDVO folks have got the visa till now?? Not sure, if ppl are updating Dipan after they get visa....

When I received my 2nd Aor email by NDVO, the email clearly states that the decision will be made within six months. So I believe that we should be hearing from them by most ---by six months (from your 2nd Aor date) even medicals before that. So, lets not keep our hopes down atleast before six months are over. If you are unlucky maybe next 7th or 8th month that you should wait. We have had strike in between that may have pushed many few applicants delay and maybe they are the ones who would be hearing from NDVO sooner but for us who still has that time frame should hear from them within those six months time. If your application has crossed six months do keep writing them just as they said in their email to contact them if six months crossed. I have had my folks get MR and PR requests in three months time and overall the process took as long as six months only but that was before strike in 2010-2011. Maybe its the Christmas and new year wrap up taking little longer for NDVO but I am positively hoping for updates this week or next. I have positive feeling that jan will be the month of updates!

I am as desperate as people here who have been waiting and waiting but all we can do is keep it light and be positive. Everything from our end is done so maybe now let fate decide it what's in it for each of us.

Hi Silver_75 - my 2nd AOR NDVO letter clearly says - "You will hear from us regarding the results of the evaluation of your application within 6 months.
Please do not contact us before six months have passed since you received this letter."

It doesnt say that a decision will be made within 6 months. They said, we will hear from them within 6 months and which is what we heard in terms of MR+PPR+RPRF (it came within 6 months of 2nd AOR). Not sure, if DM also within 6 months. May be add, another 2 months for DM..

However, agree with you that strike has definitely thrown all estimates and prediction in the air.....

REgards.

Only few cases of 2012 left with NDVO were processed in 2013. Rest all you see in yellow are 2012 tranferred cases to CVO in 2013.

Understood. So, thats what I was trying to say - None of 2013 applicants have got PR so far from NDVO... right??

(When I say "2013 applicants", I mean whose 1st AOR from CIO,NS is in 2013).

One more thing to note is - in the ecase when they say "We have started processing your application on mm/dd/yyyy, that means from that date itself they started doing background/security checks, etc (not from the day we submitted passports, MR).

So, for eg., mine says 19th Nov, which means they are verifying my details from Nov 19th itself... so already its 1.5 months...

MR, RPRF and PP are just additional things... these are not starter items....

hi vineethere

sorry for my wording there which may not have been exact but isnt result of evaluation means decision. I haven't re-read the letter from NDVO again but when I read it the first time my understanding was that the decision or the result of application will be within six months etc which is even getting medicals within that time which will push processing time to 7th or 8th month if you are unlucky as I said before. But again this is just my assumptions based on the letter and few of those people who have received medicals within 3 months of second aor from NDVO actually and waiting for passports at this moment. All we need to wait and find out if those particular applicants will get pp stamped within next three months, which looks positive as they have stamped few pp within a month or little even after the strike. so I believe this application timing is mere luck slightly depending on how many secondary applicants, missed documents and more verifications required etc -- and maybe this holiday season too which is doing the delay.

Howword

could you confirm your application transfer date to CVO. Your medical request as per one of your post is 18th december.
Regards

My application was transferred to NDVO from SVO on 22nd Nov, till today I have not got any news or AOR from NDVO. Status is also same 'Application Received'. Guys any ideas, will they send an acknowledgement for my application?
