It is very unfortunate to see progress of your timeline.
NDVO is very unpredictable in their working styles .

We can see other persons too that were waiting for their passports from 8-10 months.

BTW ,

1. Medicals received line has been added to your ECAS.?
2. When did you got first (CIC sydney)and second AOR (NDVO) and your medical request(NDVO)?
3. Could you pls share the complete timelines of your friends as yours for clarity as Jan and feb 2013 applicants are yet to receive their medical requests as well as PPR?

Welcome to House. I have added your timeline to tracking sheet. Please let us know when you received AOR from NDVO as you mentioned that you got MR on Sep 4 2013, so we can get aware of processing time.
God speed in rest process.

No AOR from NDVO.

I think it is not possible, the whole family have to go together for the first time.....

I think principal applicant has to move first, after that dependents can move anytime before expiry of the visa....

Agreed , PA can bring his family along with or his family can come afterwards before expiry of Visa.

Parv : why to take risk ..

Take your as well as your family settlement funds along with you as your dependents need not to show any funds afterwards. Rest check CIC website for more details.

According to me quajitender is correct . If we have dependents in our application like wife or son/daughter they have to move together with the principal applicant for the first time . Embassy will issue only 1 COPR which we need at the time of first landing in canada .. In the letter which I had received from NDVO to get me newly born daughter added in my application its clearly stated that if I will not declare her as dependent I will never be able to sponsor her in future

Well these comments are only based on my knowledge , May I am wrong here so for the correct answer its better to send a mail to general enquiry mail box of NDVO or CIC .

Dear Deepak :- Embassy shall issue one COPR in which they mention the names of PA and their dependents . But you can land together or your dependents can land afterwards .

At the time of first landing PA must be present to declare that his dependents shall come afterwards before expiry of their visas. I have seen dozens of people going before and get them settled first and then ask their families to come .No issues in this as this has been cleared by my sponsor also .

Regarding sponsoring info you have to declare that as a standard policy because she actually is your dependent like your wife. This is the family information they require
