Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

My passport will expire in April 2015.
I got the 2nd AOR from NDVO in June 2013. Do i need to renew the passport? Shall i wait for MR?

I am thinking, as there is a delay in MR meanwhile i renew the passport? or wait for MR first? what you say guys? What is the best option.

DDs are generally valid for 3 months only ....

shud i inform the colombo consulate regards this

Dear friend,
They can ask for a renewed pp. I think pp must have validity of more than an year at the time of stamping.

it means they have take decision and send me ppr??

Dear,

you should wait for their communication. If required you can go for passport under tatkaal. It takes 4 to 5 working days to receive a new passport.

Ideally they send PPR in 3 months time........ if you see the timelines of others who have got PPR requests after Medicals done.

they sent me req for some document on 10th aug and all those documents has been delivered on 21st aug. so if my draft is going to expire on 11th sep. how many days they will take to reply me after checking the document which they required.?
I mean what next...will they reply me before the expiry date of draft. or i need to check it from my bank that is my draft has en cashed yet or not..

There is no harm letting them know, there is
A possibility they can delay your PPR for that period.
But if your stay is more than six months,may ask for usa
Police clearance.

Too much wait . 1st for AOR and now for MRs .

Guys... Looks like problem is only with ndvo as columbo, London office works efficiently ... No idea what ndvo is upto ... Hope this crooks wake up soon...
