Actually I made draft of $490 in favour of RECIEVER GENERAL FOR CANADA .........in that new delhi should not be included..

But I am not sure about high commision of canada ...............

May i put my Ph.D offer letter from Alberta Uni along with my PR VISA application?? though I have been nominated my MPNP and got offer from Alberta
will it help to get my VISA faster than normal time periods??
