Guys,

I have got my PPR today. I am in Canada and they sent me the request to India for submission of passport. I will have to face hell lot of troubles before i submit my PPR. Hope i get the PP return back quickly with the PR sticker.

Thanks. But, as i am in Canada i cannot submit it through VFS. I have come to India and submit there in the VFS office. I have to take indefinite leave and travel, its such an insane process that i hate this system.

I initially applied in canada with CPP-O as the office but they did a transfer on their wish to Colombo and i have to suffer for that. Its pathetic that they dont care about us and our situation at all. CIC gives time limit of 60 days those who got it from CPP-Ottawa but only 30 days for those in new delhi. This is completely unfair, i am completely sc**** up as i have to arrange everything within 30 days and travel. Its not gonna be easy for me for sure..

Anyways, Congrats for those who all got their progress with PPR and all the best for those awaiting.

Don't be sad. First of all congrats.
I suggest u to write a request to CIC, Colombo and CIO to allow ur passport stamping at Canada itself. It has been allowed in some cases.
Secondly, vfs route invariably takes lesser time for stamping...

Based upon one forum member meet 123 he got is ppt back in three weeks after submission thru vfs. Be happy not thru courier. Like others
It would not be indefinite i hope for u as well.
I am still waiting for ppr

Is it possible to pay RPRF through VFS, will they accept? ... if so i can ask my friend to pay the fee in VFS behalf of me in India?

Write a covering letter attach the DD on back of DD mention your application number and name. the copy of email requesting for RPRF

this option will take hell lot of time ... so you request NDVO to have special arrangment of calling letter to stamp visa... else u will stuck for 4-6 months... no end of this ndvo cases waiting period... i am from different country but situation is same as u... its almost @4 months for me now and they are not replying our emails due to strick or whatever...

atleast other visa office are having better way to operate... this ndvo people takes hell lot of time and keeping passports with them... for what???

You are Absolutely Right Dear. NDVO treat Clients Like Animals. I don't know what is the Reason to keep passport with them Those Idiots Never understand Client Situation No other VO has this type of Hell system Others Request PPR after Processing the Application Only Passports are Required for Stamping and Return back with 3 to 6 weeks. That's all

I believe NDVO is currently working on federal files . Applicants are receiving their MRs , PPRs and DMs .

After finishing federal part they shall again take PNP files into consideration for processing .
