claim your money back
write a letter to mpnp + CIC and inform them about this situation,
this agent deserve this.

Hi rowdy_jatt,

Sorry to hear that. MPNP approval is not a soft copy ? I have got a soft copy but it is an SINP approval. I believe you will get the certificate again if you have a reference to your application in MPNP department. Dont worry, things will be alright. All the best.

Congrats victorty . A victory over wait at last , Stay fit and healthy bro. A long lasting wait for mr finally came to end. After that only final step to canada is pending . You Must be feeling relieved .

One thing is that they are requesting additional documents from everybody no matter they have submitted along with application to CIO or not ..

So guys who are awaiting MR from colombo shall prepare these documents in advance to save time .
