Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. Wanted to share my time line. Hope this helps for people who are waiting for Medicals and RPRF.
Received email for Medicals and RPRF yesterday from Colombo.
First AOR : Dec 14,2012
Second AOR(Colombo) :APR 14,2013
Medical+RPRF :JUL 02,2013

Good luck to all who are waiting for Medicals and RPRF.

I have one question for people who paid RPRF fee. Email mentioned a website canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/. As per this website RPRF fee is 25970. It is based on Exchange rate of 53. Is this correct or do we need to pay based on today's exchange rate of 57.18 which come to 28018. I really appreciate your responses.

Hi Gurudev,

Thanks for the reply. I thought we should pay the RPRF fee only in Indian Rupees and Payable at New Delhi.
Just to clarify, can we pay the fee in CAD and Payable at New Delhi?

you can pay fees in INR or CAD

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

Hi Gurudev,

Thanks for the information. Shall I take 1 DD for both Myself and Wife for CAD 980 or 2 individual DD's for 490 each. If 1 DD is allowed I would like to take 1 DD.

Hi Dear,

Welcome and congratulations. All the best for your medicals. What is the time limit mentioned in your Medical Request for getting medicals done.

All the best.
