Thanks Gurdev, however I am quite worried since I have not received PPR till now. It can mean both good and bad news.

My application was always showing Application Received from the beginning. Then I got Medicals Received on 24th May and then both the updates of "We Started Processing your application" and the Decision Made came together on 26th May.

I have two dependents. My RPRF was encashed somewhere near 14th May. I did not get an exact date from the bank.
thanks for prompt response

its a positive good news don't worry, there is no any reason for negative decision.
medical received line is updated its mean medical is ok, if any other doc's regarding criminality check they required they was asked for that so its a positive decision and ready for sending passports its will in next couple of days.

Hoping for the best. Do update us all if you also get Decision Made before you get PPR. Wishing you all the best.

Hi Chirag,
I did not submit these docs to CIC Nova Scotia as these were not mentioned in their checklist. However, I did submit all these documents to MPNP at the initial stage of filing application for nomination. Now the Colombo Visa office has asked me to submit post- secondary educational documents, proof of employment and proof of settlements funds (bank statements).

I had the same case and had received an exactly similar request and I sent notarized copies to them.

In the email I received, they've not specified that I need to send notarized copies so I'm thinking of sending normal photocopies of all the docs...I hope it will be fine otherwise they would have asked for notarized copies. What do you suggest?

Dear Nikvin,
It should not be an issue whether it is notarized or Photocopy since they asked only copies .

Thanks & Regards

hello nikvin
you should send notarized copies because embassy accept notarized photocopies of docs, because it is attested by the notary public that he see the true copy and after he attest photocopies.

Hi RKNB,

Thanks for your reply. Did they ask for any docs from you when you received you MR?

Not that I have got these request but I don't see any harm in sending notarised copies rather thn sendin simple photocopies.

hi Nikvin
I did get the email just for copies . But my Lawyer said i can send either. since i had already decided to notarise even before i got the reply from my lawyer. so if you can notarise do it. I sent all my docs right from schooling even though it was only degree & diploma they had asked for. I just followed whatever my education i declared in the application forms. i just sent all the certificates and mark sheets.
Thanks & Regards
R

Is post- secondary educational documents & proof of employment last 10 yrs for yourself + spouse?

What about IELTS? Original or copy?
