I think ur UCI will be same as previous one n file num will be new.
As per CIC website current processing time of NDVO is 16 months. Though it varies from case to case. Good luck!

oh haale ta 2-3 saal labour krni pao ... waise ik gal ta hai n mera cha hun hauli hauli ghat reha lolz.. u r lucky tuhadi file cvo aa gayi.. bas nehre hi aa kam tuhada .. don wrry chill

Yea October is full of holidays. More delays can be expected. Actually NDVO seems like to be on loooooonng holidays

There is no " medical received"?
Dont know abt that but CVO is quite faster than NDVO
