what is GCMS or CSE.

GCMS is short for 'Global Case Management System', and is a newer computer system that CIC are rolling out across their offices. I can send u the link for ordering GCMS notes if u want it.
CSE is case specific enquiry i.e. to enquire the application status by sending email to CIC
