Hello everyone....

Just landed in winnipeg before 3 days. It was a great and safe landing experience.
We completed our immigration in Ottawa. The officer asked only one question. Where are you going to live?? Thats it. And then he said you will get your PR card in next 4 weeks at your friend's home add in winnipeg.
Congratulations.....and welcome to Canada.
It took just 10 min to complete immigration. Then we went for custom check. Didn't asked anything there. That's it....

Its very nice weather now a days in winnipeg 25 C. From my perspective its better time get settle down in canada.

hello all,

For your information: If your in Canada and your application is in newdelhi or colombo and you got passport request you can still request the concerned visa office to submit your passport to ottawa. I did the same and now i can submit my passport to ottawa.

This is good news. Earlier this was not possible to submit in Ottawa. In April I traveled back to India for my pr stamping.
