Where is my Application E-cas shows In Process from last 4 months and No Correspondence by NDVO for me No Phone call No Interview waiting waiting waiting and Its all killing me

Any prediction Guys why my Application is taking too Long? where it stuck?

I am too frustrated and fed up from this Long process lost my Hope
