have they specifically mentioned that you need to submit pcc for the above countries? or does it say submit fresh pcc without specifying the countries?
the reason i ask is that if you have submitted pcc for the above countries and even if expired you should only have been asked pcc from your current country of residence.....since you had submitted the pcc of kuwait, libya and hungry before if you have not travelled and spent six months there after your pcc submitted they should not be asking it again?
i full agree with youGat said:That's true,
They should not ask the new pcc if LAXMI have not enterd the country after getting previous police certificates Even If it expired It doesn't matter That is the Common sense.

How did u get ur australian pcc??? Did u apply from india???Gat said:Gurmeeet,
you need to send your pcc if u hav e live any country more than 6 months. I also had a travel history to Australia arround 3 years ago and submitted my pcc for me and my spouse. If your spouse have not traveled you don't need to submit her Pcc.
I hope it helps
So u mean they will ask it for sure??? They havent asked yet....Gat said:through my Australian friend
How long is my police clearance certificate valid?SP88 said:i full agree with you
i also read on the website somewhere that if your pcc is more than one year old the visa office may ask for a fresh pcc , but it did not say fresh pcc from all the countries that you have spent 6 months or more

Your police clearance certificate is valid for a period of one year from the date it was issued. If the validity has expired before your visa is issued you will be requested to provide an updated police certificate from the country you are currently living in. If you have already submitted police certificates from other countries where you have not recently lived you will not have to provide an update.
How do I obtain a police certificate?
Please see the following link for details on obtaining police certificates from all countries.
