Hi all, Today CVO asked to submit the PCC for 3 different countries where i worked earlier. I already submitted . It seems that they have expired . They just gave me one month which is quite challenging . Please advise how to handle this ?

have they specifically mentioned that you need to submit pcc for the above countries? or does it say submit fresh pcc without specifying the countries?

the reason i ask is that if you have submitted pcc for the above countries and even if expired you should only have been asked pcc from your current country of residence.....since you had submitted the pcc of kuwait,libya and hungry before if you have not travelled and spent six months there after your pcc submitted they should not be asking it again?

They should not ask the new pcc if LAXMI have not enterd the country after getting previous police certificates Even If it expired It doesn't matter That is the Common sense.

i also read on the website somewhere that if your pcc is more than one year old the visa office may ask for a fresh pcc , but it did not say fresh pcc from all the countries that you have spent 6 months or more

I have a question now plss answer this
My wife is d main applicant ...i studied in australia ... Im in india ryt now... My wife has never travelled overseas....till now VO havent asked for australian PCC ... We submitted our indian PCC along with the application... So now tel me will they ask for PCC ????? I have already sent my medical,rprf and pps... Im really worried cox i havent aarange anything for this ... Its been 3 years i have left australia... N now i dnt even know how wld i get it cox i have no source there too... Plsss reply...

Gurmeeet,

you need to send your pcc if u hav e live any country more than 6 months. I also had a travel history to Australia arround 3 years ago and submitted my pcc for me and my spouse. If your spouse have not traveled you don't need to submit her Pcc.

Gurmeeet,

you need to send your pcc if u hav e live any country more than 6 months. I also had a travel history to Australia arround 3 years ago and submitted my pcc for me and my spouse. If your spouse have not traveled you don't need to submit her Pcc.

Have you told them in your Application that you Lived in Australia more than 6 months?

If you Lived more than 6 months you have to provide PCC

If the validity has expired before your visa is issued you will be requested to provide an updated police certificate from the country you are currently living in. i did send my indian pcc with application .... i mentioned my travel history as well....but at the tym of medical and pps request they didnt ask ....
Even i was shocked.... i applied once from india but afp didnt accept the bank draft.... wat shuld i do now????

SUGGEST ME .After med ,Rprf ....They received my additional docs on 27 Feb.2014 .File in colombo...Still how much time wait for PPR ??????

Status app recv and med recv....next which e - cas when ppr issued??

As per the current trend it will be max. 2 weeks by which you will get PPR....they had asked me some additional docs on 6th march..and 18th march we got PPR mail...so bahi dheeraj rakho...anytime now

Hi everyone I got my status change to decision made on 8th March but till now no passports. Any suggestions what I can do??
