Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

Hi Sid - if you see the spreadsheet, all the Yellow CVO lines have got DM within 6-7 months (even though CVO says 12months processing time). So, that way, cant NDVO PNP files be done within 12 months??

I still fail to understand what they have to do after MR and PPR for 6 months!!! ??? Your PPR came in Oct and already 3 months passed. If they will take 3 more months, it will be total 6 months...!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Does it mean that even if visa can be issued within 12 months, they will simply sit on that and delay it just so that it will complete in 15 months??? If this is the case, then CHC is the most unprofessional org I have ever seen......

I feel now that surely we have big thing is coming in this January....

Bro, we have already crossed the 12 month's mark as of now! Cant really predict how much time they shall take, but 6 month is the worst case scenario bro. on the other hand CVO has VFS option as well which has predictability of return of your paasports.

But, agree with Dipan. I strongly feel they will release DMs this month for most of us.... especially ppl who completed 3 months by Jan.

SM - I think, only after we get your DM, we can get clear picture. Till that time, only guess work...

Another point to notice here is QSW has processing timeline of 11months and gosmanu got his pp exactly within 11 months of his date of application to CIC. And for PNP its 15 months, so we are still 3 months away from completing those timelines.

Congrats!! You will receive PPR, MR mail within 5 working days from status change date.

Hi SM - Isnt Pratha a PNP applicant?? He is in SINP stream, but basically he will fall under PNP category. Correct?? If yes, he received DM within 8-9 months. Isnt that good?

Hello Vineet,

Yes, SINP is a PNP stream but as Dipan mentioned he applied under student category.

The canadian government gives preference to students and tourists as they are immediate source of income for them and shall help in boosting their economy. They are considered as priority.

Ok. Thanks for the explanation, Sid! I understood now....

Even I too have kept the Canadian employment letter while submitting pp and also wrote in the covering letter the exact words you used - "I am ready to join employment in Ontario and ready to contribute to Ontario and Canada's economy immediately", but didnt see any special treatment for me so far.... but lets see.. .even if i get DM by 20th, then i will consider myself lucky....!!

The validity of the visa is 12 mtnhs from medical...i need to land once till 7th november 2014..I ned to ask you guys at this juncture that what if a person wants to come back after landing once..what document can we use to reenter canada...I mean one needs to apply pr card and then return...Till then if we need to reenter canada,,can we use our copr?
