Dear Jay

Actulally i went to Hospital today to cnfrm have they sent my medical report OR not.

They cnfrmd that they have sent the report and they also cnfrm that medical reports are ok for myself and wife....i am lucky he just commuinicate to me.....

but they told me that NDVO want some report for my child.....and give the printout of that was mentioned in the system..They have e medical facility.........NDVO want COGNITIVE and DEVELPMENT STATUI REPORT of my child...and school report (if applicable)...... i do not wht test they will do for that ????????????????

guy also ask me have got any letter from NDVO or NOT....that i supposed to expect soon....


I am totaly confused abt that......wht should do ...should take my child to paediatric or get the medical done ......with the consultation of DOCTER....or should i wait for letter from NDVO....

I got medical form for my son and he gone thr' with the medical examination. They didnt ask me such report.
If you got medical form for your child then he has to go thr' medical examination.

I got me child (6 month old) medical done along with me and my wife ....now they are asking for separate report...that is about the development of child....

Have you status updated with med recvd....?

In your ecas did you see med recvd? If so then let me know the date you saw that so i ll update.
Moreover how old your child. Mine is 5 yrs old.

in my case till date not medical recvd updation in ecas.......but normally NDVO do updation in 8-10 as i came to know.....

my child is 6 mnth old...

Hi Guys
Is there anyone who sent pp thr' Blue Dart. They said to me that they dont have delivery on PO Box.
What should I do know? They said that if you give me confirmation that "We can drop your PP in PO Box then we will do but there wont be sign of receiver."
Should i say "Yes for dropping in PO box"

Let me know your comments guys.

Is there anyone who sent pp thr' Blue Dart. They said to me that they dont have delivery on PO Box.
What should I do know? They said that if you give me confirmation that "We can drop your PP in PO Box then we will do but there wont be sign of receiver."
Should i say "Yes for dropping in PO box"

Dear Dipan - In these posts few days back, there was a same discussion and everyone suggested to remove the "PO Box" line and send it. I did the same and I see a CHC seal being updated in my courier tracking page. It looks like someone in CHC has received it.

Dear Dipan - In these posts few days back, there was a same discussion and everyone suggested to remove the "PO Box" line and send it. I did the same and I see a CHC seal being updated in my courier tracking page. It looks like someone in CHC has received it.

I totally agree with you.

Same thing I heard from DTDC and immediately I changed my package and made new package without PO box.
Very next day its delivered hand to hand.

One more thing I forgot to check with all of you. I hope you all have kept the printout of the letter that they sent in which they asked for RPRF, PPR, MR, etc.... that is very important for faster processing. The reason being - that letter has our application and UCI barcodes. With the barcode, they can immediately scan and come to know why we have sent the package and what it is meant for....

So, I repeat - PLEASE KEEP THE PRINTOUT OF THE LETTER THAT YOU GOT FROM CHC IN THE COURIER AS FIRST PAGE.

(so, as soon as they open the package, the first thing they see is their own letter that they sent).

Yes....its mandatory to put that letter.
I got document request letter and written overthere that put this letter along with you requested docs, pp and rprf.
