i made DD in CAD on 14Oct from ICICI Bank, they gave me DD of BANK of Montreal as they have tie-up with them,,, my package reached to NDVO on 17Oct, and DD was encashed on 28Oct.
I check about DD en cashing from my Bank.

So only those bank has tie up with Montreal they can give DD in CAD ? On DD was it written "Receiver General for Canada" with "payable at New Delhi" or only "Receiver General for Canada"?

All private bank have tie-up with Canadian bank

you can check with your bank about this.
