Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

I have been a silent follower of this thread for a long time. Today I received my MR and RPRF request and wanted to share the news with you all. My case is also being handled by Colombo office and they have asked me to deposit the RPRF at Delhi and send them the receipt.

I would like seniors to advise whether the RPRF can be paid online or does it need to be paid by Draft at Delhi. If I pay by draft then I will have to wait for receipt to arrive and only then I will be able to send it to Colombo office. Please let me know how you have paid RPRF in Delhi and sent the receipt to Colombo office.

Could you please share your timelines with us as required in excel sheet for records ?. When did you apply to CIC and got your 1st AOR.?

Application received by CIC - 18th Feb as per DHL website

I have made some strange mistakes in my application so I need to know has anyone made any error in application ever before and how to approach CIC about that.

1. I have taken correspondence/residential address in IMM 0008 of my sponsor (my cousin in Manitoba) rather my address in India. I actually filled IMM 0008 when I filed for manitoba and i thought addresses has to be in sync in manitoba application and IMM 0008, didnt realize IMM 0008 to contact actual applicant.

2. In wedding date we have mentioned 22Jan 2006, though our wedding certificate has 27th March 2005. (reason being thatwe did court wedding a year earlier as I was in england at that point of time and my wife wanted to be ready with dependant visa before our social wedding)

so socially we got married with all rituals and normal fanfare with friends and family on 22Jan so that is that date which remains in our minds all the time.

now i want to approach CIC, but there is a call center number where my cousin called them and they informed that they dont deal with nomination cases/queries.
So if anyone of you who has a view on my errors and how these can be corrected let me know, and yes application package is not returned to my cousin's address nor we have got AOR.

Manitoba has a strategic initiative option for selecting potential PR candidates. It is explained on their site. Basically you need to apply to them by email with your reasons why you would like to immigrate to Manitoba. They evaluate your request and if selected they call you for a visit. During the visit you are supposed to gather information about how you will settle there. You need to present information about your job search, home search and other things to them at an interview in Winnipeg. If they are convinced they will issue you a nomination letter based on which you become a provincial nominee and can apply to CIC for final processing. The complete process is explained on the Manitoba immigration site. I tried posting the link but I am not allowed to do so by the forum. I had visited Winnipeg in June 2012 and got my nomination based on which I applied to CIC. Hope this explains.

Folks, anybody knows how to deposit the RPRF fee at Delhi. Can it be paid online or do we need to pay by draft only. I need to send the Receipt to Colombo office as soon as possible and I am not getting any information on which method to choose to pay the fee. Please provide your inputs.
