Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

This question for krishnavmohan and howword007 both r u single applicant or with full family
this is to understand y they transfer files to colombo

my friend chirag i am apply my immigration file with my wife and 2 childerns
i just answer all my form members also anybody process of immigration single applicant and with family members process are difrent timeline or all process are same

lets not take this too far on this very debate..its endless as vineet also pointed out.

The thing is canada is one country ..one flag...one government..if you do not like the province after landing ..you can walk out any day....i have many friends who have already got their citzenships from other provinces..

well this is not the forum to say that and i am even not going to do that..but the bottom line is that priorities change each day for everyone. the declaration you sign when you file nominations for a certain province is that you intend to settle there...its not hardlined that you are gouing to settle there.

so lets hope the nominated provinces bring out the best in us and we also do the same to them...if not you are free to move

hi howwordoo7 your first aor from 6 feb 2013 . it is about nine months u receive that ur file transfer to Colombo . I just want to ask inbetween u receive any communication from ndvo or not ???????plz reply . I think it effects ur application if ur single applicant or with full family . I got same family as you . I think number 6 is not lucky number my first aor is also on 6th of sep . in the forum only u and me got first aor on 6th of month that's why we did not get 2nd aor lolz. anyways hope for frast processing on your file . god bless u with visa as soon as possible . to apna number bhi ayega . good luck to all .

pari actually its not that much unlucky that ur first aor on 6th but it might be unlucky that ur username's first four characters 'PARI' lol.....

and for me they have send me two months back as colombo office does not give mr and ppr together so dont know when mine will be finished

Buddy i wont say it will speed up something as nobody knows that but something good will happen soon with all of us.

Thanks Sid! There are some more changes that has happened now. It looks like I might have cleared a job interview as well. The person called and told that I am thru, but no email confirmation yet. In this case, now if my PPR comes, i cannot travel to India, else I will miss the job.

I am totally confused now!!

Btw... my PCC expires on 29th Nov 2013. Will they ask for fresh PCC again?

Congratulations again, i was pretty confident and knew you would land in a job very soon! I am sure you can get your medicals done locally there in Toronto, however, passports delivery is something which is very sensitive matter and you need to take a call bro...

W.r.t PCC's, its a borderline case , they might/might not.....NDVO is really unpredictable but apart from PCC's, NDVO also do their own security and background checks.....If they think the other background checks suffice, they might not ask for a fresh PCC again....
