When u r india every body says same thing, but once you reached no body care ,you have to survive alone.
Mostlly punjabi persons not ready to help each other.
If you ask some body to help me to get the job, they simply replied " now days work is slow down" remember my word
This is reality and truth of canada.

From india we have the big dreams , but all are vanish in a month once you reached.

As per my opinion, abroad is only for those persons who does not earn or doing gud job in india or who does not see the money.
If you get the 1600$ in india so what is the use to come to canada.

Only one reason facilities........that the reason we wanted to come to canada........

but I think nobody should discourage or demotivate others by posting such things on this forum. Everybody here on this forum, is looking to get settled in Canada and if we are optimistic, positive and have the will, then no body can stop us from achieving anything.
Moreover, everybody has his or her own reasons to go for Dream Canada. Some want better salary, some want better quality of life, some want hassle free traffic, some want corruption free life, some want better future for children and the list goes on and on.
We have to take the risk and perform and we are no way inferior to anybody.
We have to rise to the occasion, which has been presented before us......Rest leave to God....

I agree with you. Everyone has his/her own dream. On the other side lets take it in positive way the comment of "Punjabi" to gather strength to face any challenges in canada. I heard from my boss once
"DEKH YE KAM TUJSE NAI HOTA HAI TO KISI AUR SE BHI NAI HONA CHAHIYE. AGAR KISI AUR SE HOTA HAI TO YOU ARE LACKING SOMEWHERE. "

Face anything in canada with all strength guys. God given lot of strength to stay against all problems. Never get down. Even whenever we feel so believe in god and think that, he has has set up test for us to become more strong.

Moreover we all forum members will give shoulder to each other in canada to survive.

Its not difficult to survive anywhere
People have to start job as soon as possible there without considering what kind of job it is , when you start earning you will find better way to earn more...
Immigrants are called as FOB ( Fresh of boat) dere and every FOB is successful as compare to native Canadians after few years

I believe as we all are going start life afresh, any guidance/suggestions are welcome in order to cope up with the initial struggle period in Canada.

If everything goes well and we get our passports by Jan/Feb, fingers crossed, I am planning to land by Mid March....

I have spoken to some of the Job consultants here in India, they suggested that it shall be better to search jobs once you land there....

Please share your views guys....
